Idas exchangestudent year : Just a little update!

So now the second week of school have ended. Monday was Labor day, so we had a day of. It is still a little stressful because i still haven't got all of my real class yet. I went and changed my schedule on tuesday, but for some reason my counselor put me in an AP us history class, so that is really hard. Ap stands for advanced placement, and i don't know anything about Us history so i am kind of lost. I also have to take spanish 1 instead of spanish 2 which i was put in because i cant keep up with the level. But else than that it has been a good week. I couldn't get all of the classes that i wanted but i am pretty happy with what i got.
Friday me and the boys went out for dinner, and we saw town square, so that was really nice and yesterday I just went shopping for some groceries and school supplies with my host mom.
Today i have been to church, my family dosent really have time for that or do it, so i went there with Addy, a girl from my neighborhood. It is so different from danish churches. The church is split up, so that the little kids is in some kind of day care thing, and the grownups are in a big room, and then all of the teens are inside some kind of barn thing. There was a band there, and they had made some videos they showed us and then they have a theme every week they talk about. This week and the next 2 times it is about dating and sex and stuff like that. It was so different and so much more fun than the danish churches. There was maybe 400 people there, and i kinda get why people want to go there now.
